The rear window of a vehicle was broken at 109 South Defiance Street on Sunday, Jan. 24, an Archbold police report states. Kyler M. Hootman, 27, reported the damage to his crossover sport-utility rear tailgate window. Damage was listed at $165.83. Police are investigating.

Cash Taken

Shane R. Gomez, 48, East Gardens, told Archbold police $480 in cash was stolen from his wallet. The theft is believed to have occurred between 11:30 pm, Thursday, Jan. 21, and 11 am the following day. The case is under investigation.
