Unemployment in Fulton County was down by one-tenth (.1) of percentage point in September, to an estimated 3.8%, the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services announced. Matthew Kinsman, AHS ‘16, son of Rod and Joyce, of Archbold, OH 43502, received the Fred Foreman Scholarship for Growth in Leadership Participation for the 2019-20 academic year from the Iowa State University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and affiliated academic units.
