Pleads Guilty To Charge Of Domestic Violence

Joshua Scott Barnes, 36, Archbold, entered a guilty plea to a charge of domestic violence in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Monday, April 15. The Archbold police report on the incident identifies the victim as a 10-year-old Archbold boy, who suffered apparent minor injuries in the case.
