Vehicle Vandalized



Kelly L. Stewart, 28, told Archbold police on Friday, Sept. 7, that the driver-side outside mirror of her vehicle had been broken. The vehicle was parked at her 903 Walnut St. residence when the damage occurred. The damage is believed to have occurred while she was on vacation, she said.
