Supreme Court Stays Worley Death Penalty

The Ohio Supreme Court has handed down a stay of execution for convicted murderer James Worley. Worley, 59, rural Delta, was convicted of the July 2016 murder of Sierah Joughin, 20, Metamora, by a Fulton County jury in March. The jury recommended the death penalty.
