Ramey Pleads guilty, gets 27 1/2 years for murder

James Ramey, 28, Toledo, entered a guilty plea to murder and three other charges in Fulton County Common Pleas Court Friday, July 6. He was immediately sentenced to 27 1/2 years in prison.
