Albert F. Fisher, 54, rural Archbold, told police Thursday, Nov. 16, his pickup was struck while it was parked at the Circle K parking lot. Fisher said the pickup was damaged on Nov. 1. The driver of the suspect vehicle did not report the accident. Police closed the case.
