Gerken Paving, rural Napoleon, was the winning bidder for the village of Archbold street resurfacing project for 2017. Archbold Village Council approved its $191,975 bid for the project at its Monday, June 5 meeting. The Gerken bid was 11.3%, or $24,525, under the engineer’s estimated price of $216,500.
