Ramey Indicted; Seek Death Penalty



James C. Ramey, 27, Toledo, the man accused of the murder of Amanda Mangas, has been indicted by the Fulton County Grand Jury on charges including aggravated murder, with death penalty specification. James “Jim” Beck



James “Jim” Beck, age 79, of Wauseon, passed away Thursday April 20, 2017, at the University of Toledo Medical Center following a lengthy illness. Prior to his retirement he had worked for the City of Wauseon for many years.
