David Ray Schnitkey, age 76 years, of Archbold, passed away Sunday evening, Oct. 9, 2016, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo. David was born to Helen and Walter Schnitkey on April 6, 1940, in Ridgeville Corners. Austin Lee Partee, 28, Bryan, has been charged with menacing by stalking, Tera Rogers, an Archbold police officer, said Monday.
