A 15-year-old Archbold boy has been arrested and charged with juvenile delinquency by way of theft in connection with the theft of a cellular phone. Archbold police received two reports of campaign signs being stolen. Nellie Merillat, 86, 213 De- Groff Ave., and Sarah Maxwell, 63, 208 DeGroff Ave., each reported campaign yard signs were stolen from their properties. The reports were filed Monday, Sept. 26. Each was last seen the day before.
