A portable generator valued at $1,500 has been recovered, said Thom Ross, interim Archbold police chief. Representatives of Black Swamp Equipment, Archbold, reported the unit was rented on Monday, June 6. It was supposed to be returned 10 days later. The rental firm reported it missing Monday, July 25.

The driver killed in a single vehicle crash on St. Rt. 64 the morning of Friday, July 29, has been identified. The Fulton County Coroner Office identified the subject as 20-year-old Timothy J.
