AHS Music Teachers Announce 2016 Band And Choral Awards

Beth Voll and Kent Vandock, Archbold high school band and vocal music directors, recently announced award winners for the year. The Praetorius Musicum award, given to a student who participates in both the band and choir, was a tie. Winners were Emma Cobb and Hope Nofziger. Credit Card Theft

Russel G. Wheeler, 87, Archbold, told Archbold police officers on Monday, May 16, his credit card was illegally used. Wheeler said $1,152.25 in purchases were charged to his credit card account sometime between April 19 and the day of the report. He told officers he wanted a report filed for his record. Police officers have marked the case closed.
