Fence Damaged



Thomas Brodbeck, 80, 414 Park Street, told police on Friday, May 6, a fence on his property had been damaged. The damage consisted of several holes, roughly the same size as rocks in the area. The holes were first noticed in April. Brodbeck said he wanted APD aware of the situation, and requested extra patrols.

Archbold Man Indicted On Drug Charge



Jon H. Ordway, 34, Archbold, has been indicted on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs by the Fulton County Grand Jury. Income Tax Up 46.6%



Archbold municipal income tax collection was unusually large for the month of April, Archbold Village Council learned at its Monday, May 16 meeting. Dennis Howell, village administrator, revealed that total gross collections were $637,287.87. That’s 70%, or $262,909.52, more than the same month in 2015, when the total collection was $374,378.35.
