Evelyn M. Rychener, age 75 years, of Wauseon, passed away Thursday evening, Nov. 19, 2015, at the Toledo Hospital. File Juvenile Complaint

Toilet paper thrown in trees and chalk drawings on a driveway were the extent of damage apparently done by juveniles, Saturday night, Nov. 14. Steve Kauffman, 60, 116 Pheasant Lane, told police three juveniles wearing black ski masks were observed, but left the scene before officers arrived. Officers closed the case, pending further investigation.

As of Monday morning, Amy Krueger, executive director of the Archbold Area Chamber of Commerce, said there are 27 registered entries for the Parade of Lights.
