Kathy S. Biggers, 56, rural Montpelier, told Archbold police her car was damaged while parked in Archbold on Sept. 12. Biggers told officers a construction crew was grinding on a loading dock while putting a coating of dust on her auto. When the vehicle was washed, scratches in the paint were revealed. Police marked the case closed.
