Judith L. Fenner, age 63, of Pettisville, passed away Wednesday Aug. 25, 2015, at the Defiance Area Inpatient Care Center. She was a lifelong area homemaker who also did in-home babysitting. The Archbold volleyball team opened its season with a tri-match at Crestview, Saturday, Aug. 29. The Streaks split the match. Frozen Specialties Contests OSHA Fines

Frozen Specialties, Inc., is contesting citations from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The citations call for the company, with offices in Perrysburg and a plant in Archbold, to pay fines totaling $25,200.
