Babcock First Team All-NWOAL



Lathon Babcock, an AHS junior, was named First Team All-Northwest Ohio Athletic League for the 2015 baseball season. CJ Brubaker, a senior, was named Second Team All- NWOAL. Derek Walker and Ben Bucklew, juniors, and Toby Walker, a senior, received honorable mentions. Bryan’s Nate Rau was named Player of the Year. Jeff Inselmann, Bryan, was named Coach of the Year.

Pettisville Wins BBC All-Sports Championship



With 50 points, Pettisville won the Buckeye Border Conference all-sports championship for the fourth straight year. The Birds also won the all-sports title in 2012, 2013, and 2014. Stryker finished second with 39.5 points, while Edon was third with 36.5.

Klopfenstein, Hubby First Team All-BBC



Amber Klopfenstein and Stephanie Hubby, Pettisville juniors, were named First Team All-Buckeye Border Conference for the 2015 softball season. Levi Wyse, a senior at Archbold, was awarded the Fred Daffler Boys Sportsmanship Award at the Division III district track and field meet, Saturday, May 23, at Ayersville. AHS Girls Win NWOAL All-Sports Trophy



Archbold has won the Northwest Ohio Athletic League girls all-sports championship for the fifth straight year. The Streaks defended their title with 45.5 points. Wauseon was second with 44, and Delta was third with 36. Wauseon claimed the boys all-sports title with 74 points. Bryan was second with 56.5, and Archbold was third with 52.
