Woman Files Phone Complaint



Shirley L. Davis, 47, Archbold, filed a complaint, Sunday, Feb. 22, with Archbold police concerning telephone harassment. Davis told officers she received calls from a Bryan phone number. The caller claimed the call was a wrong number. An Archbold officer called the number, leaving a message on an answering machine.
