Man Complains About Phone Messages

Richard Brandon Hill, 27, Archbold, filed a complaint of telephone harassment with Archbold police, Sunday, June 29. Hill told officers he was receiving unwanted phone messages. No threats were made, “but the RP (reporting person) does not wish to speak to the suspect until court documents are signed.” Police contacted the subject, and advised the person to contact an attorney.
