Car, Deer Collide

Kathy Ann Merfeld, 49, Waldron, Mich., was involved in single-vehicle crash on St. Rt. 66 about 300 feet south of Co. Rd. J at 6 pm, Saturday, Dec. 7. The Fulton County Sheriff Department report states Merfeld was driving south on the highway and struck a deer in the road. She was not injured.
