Holiday Decorations Abound



Homes, businesses and churches that were decorated for the holidays were the subjects of the Habitat For Humanity of Fulton County annual Holiday Home Tour, which focused on Archbold this year. Nov. 7, 1933-Dec. 8, 2013 Joan Marie Ballmer, 80, of rural Fayette, died early Sunday morning, Dec. 8, 2013, at Fairlawn Haven in Archbold. Sent To Prison



A man received a prison sentence in Fulton County Common Pleas Court: •William Robasser, 32, formerly of rural Wauseon; pled guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; between Sept. 13-16, he used a vehicle belonging to another without consent, and kept it more than 48 hours; sentenced Dec. 9 to six months in prison.

An Archbold girls basketball player was misidentified in a photo on page 9 in last week’s Archbold Buckeye. The photo titled “She Shoots!” was of Winter Fricke. The Buckeye regrets the error.

Jennifer E. Sommer, 38, Colony Meadows, told Archbold police her car was vandalized while it was parked at her residence.
