Alleged Threats Under Review



A report of threats against an Archbold man is currently under review by the village solicitor, said Tera Rogers, an Archbold police officer. David Chapa, 39, 208 North Lincoln Street, said at about 5:30 pm, Tuesday, Oct. 15, a subject “explained that he would physically harm him (Chapa).” The incident happened at Chapa’s home.
