Cline, Hesterman Fall In District Tennis Tourney

The AHS girls tennis doubles team of Shelby Cline and Hannah Hesterman dropped out of tournament action at the Division II district, Wednesday, Oct. 9, at Bowling Green State University. The duo lost to Lima Shawnee’s Isabelle Baird and Anita Kottapalli in the first round, 6-1, 6-0.

Cell Phone Reported Stolen

Joel Keim, 53, rural Archbold, told police a cell phone valued at $250 was stolen from his pickup truck. Keim said the phone was in his truck when he parked it at Christy Motors at about 7:50 am, Monday, Sept. 30. At 12:30 pm, it was missing.
