Robert W. Chase, 91, Fairlawn Apartments, told police, Thursday, Sept. 19, his vehicle was damaged by an unknown vehicle, possibly a truck, sometime between noon and 1 pm, Wednesday, June 5. The damage was done while the vehicle was parked at the Fairlawn Retirement Campus.
