The Pettisville School Board approved contracts for five teachers during its Monday, Sept. 9 meeting. Archbold finished fifth out of 16 teams with a team score of 334 at the Stryker Golf Invitational, Saturday, Sept. 7. Wauseon’s Clay Tefft was match medalist with a 72. Couple Celebrates 50th Anniversary

Norman and Virginia Garrow, rural Lyons, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. Norman Garrow married Virginia Meller at St. Peter Catholic Church, Archbold, on Aug. 31, 1963, by Father Norbert Losche. The couple has two children, Alan (Kim) Garrow, rural Archbold, and Dawn (Jason) Stubleski, rural Lyons, and eight grandchildren.

Pettisville Enrollment Up For School Year

The Pettisville School Board learned preliminary figures show enrollment is up during its Monday, Sept. 9 meeting.
