Woman Gets Prison Term



A woman was sentenced Thursday, May 30, in Fulton County Common Pleas Court: •Brandi Beltz, 21, rural Wauseon; pled guilty to one count, theft; indicted April 15 after stealing cash from family members between Jan. 1 and March 31; total stolen was between $1,000 and $7,500; sentenced to nine months in prison.

Short Is Fairlawn’s June Resident Of The Month



Nola Short is the June Resident of the Month at Fairlawn Haven Nursing Home. She was born July 8, 1921, to Sam and Magdelina (Short) Aeschliman in Archbold. Woman Reports Vandalism



Tori Leigh Knicley, 18, East Gardens, reported her car was vandalized while parked at East Garden, Friday, May 24. She parked there about midnight. When she returned at 11:30 am, someone had written on the vehicle and thrown eggs at it. Police have marked the case closed.
