Archbold police spoke to a person who had allegedly been harassing Tori E. Williams, 19, Archbold. Williams told police the person made several attempts to contact her, starting in April. She did not want to interact with the person. Officers noted in their report they contacted the person, and advised the person to have no contact with Williams.

An Archbold police report states Jacqueline S. Waggoner, 47, Archbold, lost $28,000 to a scam. Waggoner reported the incident to police on Sunday, May 5. Tera Rogers, an Archbold police officer, said the fraud started over the Internet, and the money was taken over a period of several months. Police are investigating.
