A man was sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court on Thursday, Oct. 11: •William E. Kempton, 31, Wauseon; previously pled guilty to aggravated possession of drugs; on Feb. 29, he had bath salts, which can be used as a drug of abuse, in his possession; sentenced to 10 months in prison, driver license suspended for one year.
