The trio of Glen Blohm, Ryan Jewell, and Duncan Briggs, of Toledo, won the Carp Festival three-on-three sand volleyball competition, Friday night, July 20. Woman Tells Of Harassment



Samantha J. Poling, 22, Archbold, reported to police she had been receiving harassing messages over her phone. The messages have been arriving since June 25. She filed her report with officers, Monday, July 16.
