Toledo Man Guilty After Bench Trial



Gary L. Merritt, 51, Toledo, was found guilty of breaking and entering, possession of criminal tools, theft, and attempted theft following a one-day bench trail Tuesday, March 13, in Fulton County Common Pleas Court.
