Boy Charged

A 16-year-old Archbold boy has been charged with juvenile delinquency by possession of drug paraphernalia, following an incident on Tuesday, March 15. The Archbold police report states police met with Tim Meister, Archbold High School principal, the boy, and his parents at the high school, but the report states the incident took place prior to the boy’s arrival at school.
