Lillian M. Aeschliman, age 93 years, of West Unity, passed away Friday morning, Feb. 11, 2011, at Fairlawn Haven Nursing Home in Archbold. Streaks, Vikes Share NWOAL Crown

Archbold and Evergreen broke Wauseon’s three-year stranglehold on the Northwest Ohio Athletic League championship to share the 2010-11 girls basketball crown. Fulton County Commissioners have agreed to purchase a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe for ALS-1, part of a pilot program to test the use of sport-utility vehicles for county paramedics.
