Logan J. Stuckey, 22, rural Archbold, was driving a car north on Co. Rd. 22 about 2:13 am, Saturday, Jan. 22, when his vehicle hit a deer. The Fulton County Sheriff Department report states the crash occurred about 100 feet south of Co. Rd. J, in Franklin Township. Stuckey was not injured.

Briana N. Haynes, 27, Swanton, was indicted by the Fulton County Grand Jury during its Monday, Jan. 24 session. The indictment against Haynes states she was indicted on one count of possession of drugs. Allegedly on May 14, 2010, she was in possession of the painkiller Hydrocodone, a controlled substance.
