Alianna Gabriella Gonzales is the Archbold Buckeye First Baby of 2011. The daughter of Mary Zamora and Richard Gonzales, Archbold, she was born at 10:18 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011, at Fulton County Health Center, Wauseon. She and her parents will be featured in a future edition of the Buckeye.

The Pettisville freshman boys basketball team raised its record to 6-2, 5-0 in the Buckeye Border Conference with a 57-30 victory over Hilltop, Monday, Jan. 10. Forest Stuckey led the Birds with 14 points. Jeremy Mann scored 12, and Dominic Frey, 10.
