Village Council Changes Dates For Meetings

Dennis Howell, Archbold village administrator, said Archbold Village Council has changed its meeting dates for the next two months. The changes were prompted by schedule conflicts. Harvest Underway; Corn Yields Vary Widely

Greg LaBarge, Fulton County agricultural extension agent, said corn yields are varying widely as farmers pick the 2010 harvest. “As we look at the yields, they’re pretty wide-ranging, from 135 bushels to the acre, up to 200-plus,” he said Monday.
