Kathy Rupp Approved As Finance Director

An agave plant grows in the front yard of Marilyn Smith’s winter Arizona home. It blooms once every 30 years and did so recently. The heavy stem was 25-30 feet. Neighbors were concerned of damage should the heavy flower stem topple. It cost $350 to have it removed.
