Schmucker Honored At PHS



Chelsea Schmucker, a Pettisville High School senior, was the Franklin B. Walter scholarship winner for PHS. She will receive a $150 scholarship. Schmucker selected Rebecca Dorosz, a PHS English teacher, as the teacher who contributed to her success.
