Honor Student



Tyler Bacon, Archbold, a Fayette High School graduate, was named to the dean’s list at the University of Miami (Fla.) Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science for the 2009 spring semester. His parents are Luann Bacon, Archbold, and Mark Bacon, Fayette.

No Charges After Auto Vandalized



No charges will be filed after three subjects allegedly placed condoms on a car owned by Kurstin L. Liszacz, 19, a Colony Meadows resident, sometime between 3 pm and 3:30 pm, Wednesday, July 29. The report states after viewing the vehicle, the officer contacted three persons identified as suspects and had them clean up the mess.

SUV Driver Fails To Pay For Fuel



A women with a tan- or goldcolored sport utility vehicle allegedly pumped $38.90 in gasoline and drove away without paying. A representative of the Archbold Main Stop reported the incident occurred between 5:30 and 6 pm, Monday, July 27.
