What’s Going On?

Jim Frey said he would like to see the likeness of a person painted on the sidewalk near the Stryker Street bollard. He believes it might alert pedestrians to stand back from the dangerous intersection. He thinks it might also catch the eye of truck drivers and give them a heads up of the bollard.
