Two Treated, Released



Joshua Billalobos, Archbold, and Justin Reynolds, Wauseon, were treated and released at Fulton County Health Center after their car collided with a pole on St. Rt. 2 west of Co. Rd. 19 about 9:49 pm, Friday night, June 20. Archbold Rescue responded and transported the two. Full report not yet available. – photo by David Pugh

Organizers for Pettisville Friendship Days say the festival will go on, rain or shine, thanks to large tents that will be erected for the weekend at the Pettisville Community Park. Karen S. Kott, Chamberlain, S.D., reported her purse, containing cash and credit card, was stolen from her auto some- time between 6:30 pm and 11:15 pm, Monday, June 16. Matt Leech, 208 West Street, told police five tomato plants, valued at $5 each, were stolen from a garden at his home sometime between 2 pm, Tuesday, June 17, and 2 am the following day. Little League Team 1 traveled to Pettisville, Monday, June 16. Archbold used a 10- run third inning to cruise to a 20-5 four-inning victory.
