Sign Vandalized

A speed zone sign, located in 100 block of North Pointe Drive, was vandalized with blue spray paint, an Archbold Police report states. Damage believed to occur sometime between Friday, May 16, and Monday, May 19. The report states village street crews were able to clean the paint off the sign without permanent damage.

Bryan, Wauseon Win NWOAL All-Sports Titles

Bryan and Wauseon captured the Northwest Ohio Athletic League All-Sports trophies for the 2007-08 year. It is Wauseon’s third straight crown. Bryan won the boys trophy with 47 points, one point better than defeating champion Delta. Wauseon won the girls trophy with 38.5 points, 4.5 points more than second-place Archbold.
