Yard Decorations Reported Stolen

Suzette Short, 406 S. Pleasant St., told Archbold Police that sometime between Jan. 1 and Jan. 4, 2008, someone took two Christmas decorations, described as small, lighted reindeer, along with an extension cord. The decorations were located in the southwest corner of her lawn. Total value of the decorations was about $30.

Northwest Ohio Bible Quiz League Begins 2008 Season

Northwest Ohio Bible quizzing opened its season, Sunday, Jan. 6 at the North Clinton Mennonite Church, Wauseon. Fifteen teams, representing nine churches in Fulton, Williams, and Defiance counties, are participating, and include 78 students, 25 of which are first-time quizzers.
