The Archbold cross country teams traveled to Bryan, Tuesday, Sept. 7, for a tri-match with Bryan and Wauseon. Bryan won the boys meet with 19 points, followed by Wauseon with 41. Archbold had 73. Warren Beck, 76, of Stryker, passed away Sunday afternoon, Sept. 16 at the Toledo Hospital. Although, the 2007 Black Swamp Benefit Bazaar did not set a new record in receipts, it did net more than in 2006. Robert Aschliman, Archbold, a member of the benefit board of directors, recently issued updated numbers. Gross dollars are $179,458.88, up from $151,805.20 in 2006.
