Earns Scholarship
Jacob Short, a 2006 Pettisville High School graduate, received one of 11 scholarships from the Simonton Windows Scholarship Fund of the Parkersburg (W.Va.) Area Community Foundation. Criteria for winning included academic achievement, financial need, leadership ability, and involvement. The son of Brian Short, Pettisville, and Sandy Short, Stryker, Jacob is a sophomore communications major at Bluffton University.
