Real Old-Fashioned Lemonade

Real Old-Fashioned Lemonade 14 lemons2 cups sugar, or to taste8 cups cold water Ice cubes squeeze the juice from12 of the lemons. In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice and sugar; stir to dissolve the sugar. Cut remaining lemons into cartwheel slices. Add lemon slices and cold water and blend well. Pour over ice and serve.
