Delfina Arrizon, 38, Colony Meadows, told Archbold police on Tuesday, June 11, that she was being harassed, both by phone and through the U.S. mail. The suspect is allegedly a former co-worker. Arrizon said she no longer wanted the suspect to contact her. Officers attempted to contact the suspect.
