Crossing To Close Friday

Bob Seaman, village of Archbold engineer, said the Defiance Street Norfolk Southern railroad crossing will close Friday, May 31. NS workers will be placing “hot-mix” asphalt in the area that was excavated for repairs in February. Seaman said NS officials have designated West Barre Road, Clyde’s Way, and East Lutz Road as the detour while crews are on the job. […]

The Defiance Street Norfolk Southern railroad crossing will close Friday, May 31, for repair. Bob Seaman, village of Archbold engineer, said NS officials notified him Thursday, May 30 of the closure.
