Jessica Lacey, 30, rural Archbold, has been sentenced to a minimum 60 days in prison after being convicted of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.
The charge resulted from a Dec. 29, 2009 incident.
Lacey was charged with a felony because she had been convicted of DUI three times in the preceding six years.
James Barber, Fulton County Common Pleas Court judge, sentenced Lacey on Monday, May 24, to 18 months in prison, of which 60 days are mandatory.
He also handed down a $1,350 mandatory fine.
Lacey was ordered to participate in an alcohol and drug addiction program, and her driver license was suspended for three years. She was ordered to pay the cost of her prosecution.
