Woman Sentenced


A Wauseon woman was sentenced on drug-related charges in Fulton County Common Pleas Court, Wednesday, March 17:

•Tiffany E. Flathers, 46; indicted Oct. 19, 2020, on four counts, aggravated trafficking in drugs, one count, permitting drug abuse; entered guilty plea Feb. 2 to aggravated trafficking in drugs and permitting drug abuse. An additional count of aggravated trafficking in drugs was reduced from a fifth-degree felony to a fourth-degree felony; sold Oxycodone and permitted her premises to be used for the commission of a felony drug abuse offense; sentenced to three years of community control; pay cost of prosecution, court-appointed attorney fees, restitution of $1,370 to the Multi- Area Narcotics Task Force, be assessed at Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio for dual diagnosis and complete treatment and aftercare, not to enter bars/taverns, comply with 10 pm-6 am curfew; receive credit for five days jail time served. Failure to abide by conditions could result in 18-month prison sentence.
